Neil Eastwood is a UK-based international speaker on frontlinesocial care recruitment and retention and author of theAmazon bestseller ‘Saving Social Care’. Neil has spent manyyears studying the best workforce practices of social careorganisations around the world. Previously he was a director at a10,000-staff care provider and studied at the University ofSheffield and Harvard Business School, USA.

Nadra has been involved in the field of social care for over 36years. Her background is in training and education. She has beenChairman of NCA since 2001 and is the Co-Convenor of theCavendish Coalition which was set up to represent the Health andSocial care issues during the Brexit negotiations. Nadra is frequentlycalled upon by all major media networks to represent theviews of social care providers and in 2006 was awarded the OBEfor her services to Social Care.

As Interim CEO of Skills for Care. Andy’s substantive Directorrole covers leadership and management, learning qualifications andapprenticeships, employer engagement, area teams and oversight ofAffina OD. He has been a residential care worker, a trainer andmanager in the NHS and a qualified social worker. Before hejoined Skills for Care he helped set up and run a charitydelivering qualifications, learning and development to thecare sector.
